Delete your account
App: Glowtown · Developer: Repress Studio. This page explains how to delete your Glowtown account and the data linked to it.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Glowtown and sign in.
- Tap Ayarlar (Settings) on the home screen.
- In the Hesap (Account) section, tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account). If the app language is English the labels read "Settings", "Account" and "Delete my account".
- Enter your password and tap Delete permanently.
- You will see a confirmation. You are signed out and this cannot be undone.
2. If you cannot access the app
If you cannot install the app, forgot your password or lost your device, send a deletion request by e-mail:
Include your username. We need to verify that you own the account; if you added a recovery e-mail, writing from that address is the fastest way. Requests we cannot verify will not be processed. We complete requests within 30 days and reply to you.
Data that is deleted

Data that is kept, and for how long
The records below are kept for a limited time because of legal obligations or to protect legal claims. They are kept disconnected from your identity.
