Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Controller: Repress Studio, contact represstudio@gmail.com; no representative (controller established in Türkiye). We process username, date of birth (age gate only, 15+), optional recovery e-mail, city, avatar/inventory/economy records, chat and DM content, reports/moderation records, security device-cluster data (hashed random install ID, integrity verdict, hashed IP prefix; no IMEI, no advertising ID), connection (traffic) logs required by Law No. 5651, rewarded-ad reward records, and push notification data (device push token via Firebase Cloud Messaging, platform, your notification settings and a send log without message contents; deleted with the account). Advertising ID only for users 18+ with separate explicit consent. In-game usage measurement applies to all users and is based on legitimate interest, not consent (you are informed at sign-up; there is no checkbox): pseudonymous internal user ID, no username, message content, IP address, date of birth or e-mail; kept 180 days and deleted with the account. Data is hosted in the EU (Germany), which is a transfer abroad under Turkish law; some providers are US-based. Transfers rely on the Turkish Data Protection Board's standard contracts (KVKK Art. 9(4)(c)), signed unchanged and notified to the Authority within five business days; we do not transfer personal data to a foreign recipient without one, and ongoing transfers are never based on consent. Retention: chat/DM 90 days, notifications 60 days, moderation events 180 days, reports/sanctions/appeals 2 years, device-cluster and security events 180 days, login attempts 30 days, traffic logs 1 year, usage measurement 180 days, brand analytics 400 days, recovery codes 15 minutes, financial records 10 years (Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82), consent records 1 year after withdrawal. Rights under KVKK Art. 11: apply in-app or from your registered e-mail address to represstudio@gmail.com (for a written application, ask us there for our postal address); we respond free of charge within 30 days; you may then complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within the periods in KVKK Art. 14. Account deletion is available in-app.
