On the player's profile card tap Block, Mute or Report. People you block cannot see you in rooms or send you messages and invites. When reporting you pick a reason (harassment, hate, inappropriate name, scam, sexual content, other); the report goes to moderators and is anonymous to the other player. You can undo a block under Blocked in the Friends section.

Yes. The app shows which rule was applied and why, and lets you tap Appeal to write a short explanation. A human moderator reads it. See the Community Rules.

Tap Forgot password on the login screen. If your account has a verified recovery e-mail, we send a code there. Without one the password cannot be reset, so we recommend adding an e-mail under Settings › Account.

Reopen the wardrobe. If it is still missing, tap Not delivered? on the matching row in Settings › History. If that fails, write to us with the purchase date and your username.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds and payments follow the store's rules. You can also write to us directly.

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, follow the steps on the Delete account page.

Yes, Glowtown is for ages 15 and up. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up. If you think someone under 15 has an account, tell us and we will delete it.

Rewarded ads are optional. Players under 18 never see personalised ads; players 18 and over can switch personalised ads on or off under Settings › Account.
